By using Floodlit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Floodlit is free and requires no account.

Floodlit aggregates publicly published schedules from league APIs and from around 1,900 school athletics websites, and re-checks them every night. That breadth is the point of the product, and it is also the reason we cannot promise any single listing is correct.

Games routinely move for reasons no feed announces promptly:

• start times change, sometimes hours before first pitch
• games are postponed, relocated or cancelled for weather
• a venue changes late, or a “home” game is played at a neutral site
• a source publishes a placeholder, or simply stops updating

Schedule information is provided as is, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. Confirm details with the team, league or venue before making plans that depend on them — particularly before travelling or buying tickets. Floodlit is not liable for wasted journeys, missed events, or any cost arising from a listing that turned out to be wrong.

If you spot something incorrect, the feedback form is the fastest way to tell us, and we do read it.

Floodlit is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, school or venue listed on the site. Team names, league names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the events being listed.

“Buy Tickets” links take you to third-party sellers such as Vivid Seats, or to a team’s own ticketing page. We do not sell tickets, set prices, or handle any transaction, and we are not responsible for those sites, their pricing, their fees or their fulfilment.

Some of these links carry an affiliate tracking parameter that was already present in the data source we obtained the link from. Floodlit currently earns no commission on ticket sales. If that changes we will disclose it here.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits, or bulk-harvest the catalogue through automated requests. Our public endpoints are rate limited, and we may block traffic that degrades the site for other people.

Calendar subscription feeds are meant for your own use. They are refetched automatically by calendar clients, so please keep them to the teams you actually follow.

Floodlit is an early product run on a small budget. It may be unavailable, slow, or missing data at any time, and features may change or be removed without notice. No uptime is guaranteed.

Floodlit is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floodlit and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including reliance on schedule information.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
